Genus and subgenus key

We have just launced a new key to the genera and subgenera of the tribe Phanaeini. We have adapted this into two keys, a text only key for people familiar with the diagnostic characters, and a dynamic key with many images of the diagnostic characters for people who are less familiar with the tribe. If you have images of some of the diagnostic characters in the key then please send them to us so we can provide images for every couplet. You can find links to the keys in the main navigation bar, and at the top of the Browse (Taxonomy) page. We hope to be able to develop similar keys down to subspecies level. However there are large gaps in the literature for many genera and so a complete species level key may be some time away.
